About the Centre
You may book an appointment with the Nurse Practioner (NP) if you are having COVID symptoms and would like a physical assessment (such as listening to the chest and looking in the throat).
The NP is also able to provide advice and treat symptoms which may be related to an underlying condition (such as asthma, COPD, strep throat or ear infections).
If your symptoms have been present for longer than 2 weeks and may not be COVID-related you should contact your primary care provider and be swabbed for COVID if deemed appropriate.
The assessment center is not an Emergency Room (ER). Please visit your nearest ER if you are having significant shortness of breath or feeling quite unwell.
*We do see children.
TO BOOK A RESPIRATORY APPOINTMENT WITH THE NURSE PRACTITIONER, PLEASE CALL 226-383-2415.
